I purchased the Olympus EM-1 II about 8 months ago. I was using a 30MB/sec card in slot 1, and was getting very frustrated with the slow speed that birds-in-flight and moving insect images wrote to the SD card. Then I remembered reading that slot 1 was optimized for the faster SD cards.
This card is FAST. No lag whatsoever or any overheating it takes what you throw at it from RAW to 4K video. Absolutely a great value and a must for any professional.
I use theOlympus OM-D EM-1 MKII pro-capture feature quite a bit when capturing birds-in-flight as they drop down over the lake to pick up a fish. I also use sequential-low a lot, with 20+ image bursts. In both instances I am shooting JPEG/superfine and RAW.
I'll never regret this decision. Is incredibly fast!
I purchased the Combo pack (64GB, 1 x UHS-1, 1 x UHS-II), as the Sony A7III has one UHS-II card slot. This card allows me to shoot 4k video and all the stills I wish without any bottleneck. With my settings (Shooting RAW, Uncompressed), I can get around 1250 shots. Perfect.
Ive been using these for three years now and havent had an issue. The higher read/write speed is essential for storm photography and theyve stood up to the multiple uses and tough conditions. They replaced a dozen Lexar UHS II that I had - ALL of which failed within 18 months (some much less).
Fast write and read card! Many cards read fast but write slow while this is fast both ways. Really pleased I bought this SanDisk Extreme Pro II. I recommend this card and will buy more soon.Fact is, I bought this to back up the XQD card in my D850.
I use a Canon mirrorless camera for family photographs and also for amateur wildlife, sport photos and video. Have used Sandisk products over the years for years in other cameras, phones etc. Never had a failure.
Good product
Works well with my GoPro even in hot and humid condition during travel to SE Asia.
