I recently got the GH5 which can shoot 4k with HGL mode, which also means I need speed upto 400mbps, there are not that many decent and trusted cards to handle that. Plus 4K eats a LOT of space. I tried other cards, Lexar gave up and got corrupt (thanks that I didn't lose any data).
This card is FAST. No lag whatsoever or any overheating it takes what you throw at it from RAW to 4K video. Absolutely a great value and a must for any professional.
Bought this high performance card to serve as a back-up file in my Nikon D-850. This card keeps up with the cameras XQD card, thus reducing instances where the shutter rate must slow down to compensate for slow downloading when shooting in burst mode.
Using in an eos R, this card is super fast. On the eos R, this speed is required only for the highest level of 4k all I setting, but it works like a charm. On a usb 3 reader files upload very fast.
This performs well.
seriously, I just received the item so have no idea how awesome it really it is... Read the professional reviews if youre not sure you want to buy it!
I agree with others review. really fast.
This card works as it was advertised. Using Nikon D850, I cant tell the difference when using the Sony XQD card (440mb) or this card. It is extremely fast with no lag. Would definitely buy again.
I hated when Nikon started copying Canons universally bad idea of mismatched memory card slots. This is especially true with the D850 given all the data it has to move, but the D810 suffered the same misfortune. UHS-II doesnt save it either (260 MB/sec vs. 400 MB/sec write speeds vs.
I purchased this, SanDisk 128GB Extreme PRO UHS-II SDXC Memory Card as a backup disk to a Sony XQD card (of compatible speed and storage capacity) in my Nikon D850. I was using a 90-MB/s card and it was slowing the write speed while shooting in continuous mode.
