Samsung 5.4 cu. ft. 28 Inch Top Load Washer

This washer replaced a 5-year old Whirlpool Cabrio, which was making loud noise while spinning (from the start when it was new), and that noise became unbearable 5 years later. Then one day last month, it started leaking on the bottom, so we threw it out and bought this Samsung, which is much better...

I love how big the tub is! I can wash my king size comforter now and do much bigger regular loads. The only drawback is having to make sure the load is completely balanced, but I would recommend this washer to every one.

GREAT WASHER. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS IF YOU ARE SHORT (AS I AM) YOU NEED A STOOL TO REACH THE BOTTOM OF THE TUB TO RETREIVE YOUR WASH. WHAT I REALLY LOVE ABOUT THIS MECHINE IS IT SENSES HOW MUCH WASH YOU HAVE AND PUTS IN THE WATER ACCORDINGLY. GREAT FEATURE FOR SAVING WATER AND ELECTRIC.

It's too soon to rate...I've only used it once and it's very different from my previous machine....I'm not use to touch screen...at first I wasn't able to start it...also, it's so deep I couldn't get all the clothes out...I had to go out and buy a grabber, which does help..

lid: won't stay open at any angle but full open or full closed. i like lid to stay open a couple inches to air dry out. slopes forward so things slide off, wanted clean white not window.otherwise it does clean clothes. hoping all the computer chips will not die soon

Love this machine except for the length of time each cycle takes...2,5 hours is too long. I've had to reset my laundry schedule...there is no way I can do all the laundry in one day as I have always done.. We do feel the clothes are cleaner, however..

Love this washer, it's huge! Can fit at least two loads of laundry and it cleans very well.

This washer is excellent and has a larger drum to hold anything you throw at it, but has the same footprint as a regular washer. The delivery and install team was top notch also.

The washing machine is quieter than my prior machine and has a great load capacity.

Doesn't take mud or heavy dirt/grease out easily.
