This vacuum is fantastic for regular upkeep cleaning. It is nice that we can look in on our animals. The cats do not seem to mind it or move out of its way. hee hee.It does not do well with pet hair. We have two cats, and one sheds a lot. I do have the settings to smart suction.

I was excited to start using this new vacuum. It worked great about 3 times and then it told me I needed to replace the bag. I did and after that, it keeps giving me an error message to replace the bag again. I've checked everywhere for obstructions and can't find any. I'm very disappointed.

I purchased this robot vacuum cleaner through Samsung.com and have been using it for the past three weeks. Since buying this cleaner, I've received immense praise from my wife, who says it's the best among all the household appliances we've ever purchased.

when we bought this we LOVED it, new hardwood floors and a dog that sheds. it picked up ever single hair! 4 months later, not so much. cleaned it over and over. watched vods. still wont pick up even most of the hair and on a hardwood floor that is amazingly poor.

Love the vacuum very much , but my problem is that my hubby got this vacuum for me cause of my hand hurting, had the vacuum for a yr hubby try to call the company SAMSUNG they dont fine the info when that wired cause we buy everything from Samsung, are vacuum stop working do to the battery not...

Looks nice, great idea and design but has issues. Software for vacuum has major major issues and will frustrate you. Vacuum very seldom can finish a whole job. If one minor thing happens like you pick it up or it gets stuck forget it you'll have to start your job over.

This machine has the same problems that my powerbot did. There were two edge sensors on the powerbot and it and every time I tried to clean black rugs, it thought it was coming to an edge. I have rugs with black patterns on them and it looks to me like the jet bot is doing the same thing..

You can get extra bags at ABT.com, This vacuum is much better than Roomba, worth the money, almost all of the filter parts can be washed by hand. Highly recommend this vacuum

i love the vacuum. i love the camera part, the mapping is great. i like how it will not run into things. i do not have a problem with the app. cleans very well on carpet and hardwood floors with one exception. i have 4 indoor dogs. my problem is the rollers don't seem to pick up the dog hair.

Works great runs everyone day at 3pm maps the house doesn't run over my dogs toys or get stuck it is over priced tho
