Good quality option without appearing like a TV. Only downfalls: 1) ‘docking set’ is not attached to the tv (allowing it to sit flushed to the wall) so you need room to place the console on the counter or floor; 2) Alexa cannot enable or initiate ‘picture/art’ mod (need to use remote); 3) even after...

We love this tv. It truly looks like a picture hanging from the wall. The quality of the picture is amazing. It seems as if the people on the screen are truly in your living room. The sound is good. You can always add sound bars to make it more surround. We display paintings from different museums.

This TV has been a big regret of a purchase. It is plagued with problems. First, it won’t work properly with a Sonos Arc. I have tried several HDMI cables because it seems to be randomly picky about that. Even so, it is seemingly still random about when it decides to recognize the Sonos Arc.

For what is supposed to be a high quality modern TV, the operating system that this thing runs on is slow, unresponsive and crashes all of the time. It's a very nice looking TV and I really like the concept, the art mode, and the minimal cord that comes off of it, but its such a pain to use.

The M4L14 screws that attach the TV to the wall mount bracket are too short. I’m glad we tested the bracket before hanging the TV. If we used the hardware included, our TV would have fallen off the wall. We had to go buy M4L16 screws. With quality hardware, it was much easier to put together.

First off the frame doesn't come with the frame so you're gonna shell put another $160 extra for 4 straps of plastic. The television won't turn off. Also, the ambient mode and art mode just go to a black screen with lots of clicks and then back to tv show you can't turn off without unplugging the...

After a few years of wanting a Frame, my old TV stopped working and it was time to start researching. I knew what to expect, and based on a lot of reviews I’ve read, it seems like people didn’t do much research prior to purchasing and had a lot of assumed expectations.

Beautiful TV, awful software and app.

We really enjoyed this TV until it stopped working 2 months after the service warranty expired. It just stopped turning on. It would flash “The Frame” logo continuously. Very disappointed. Tried all of the troubleshooting but nothing worked. Service recommended buying a new one. Would.
