I bought the 2017 model which although I was told supports slide show which it does not. Multiple conversations with Samsung and the 2017 frame tv cannot be upgraded to support slide show. They have offered no compensation or upgrade path.
You will need a place to put the smart hub box. It’s rather large so if you can carve out a spot behind the TV it’s ideal. Most people that come over comments on our art vs the TV! Good pic quality and sound. Wall mount is solid and included.
Best television I have owned. Picture and sound is great. The one connect box is really nice not to have all the input connections showing . The ART MODE is fantastic, looks like a piece of art hanging on the wall when not in use.
I wanted to use this for my photography. My wife has annexed in the name of trash television watching. The picture is wonderful - sadly all it does now is show chick flicks and bad TV reruns...
Looks amazing. Only complaint is I wanted the white frame to be pure white. It’s a warmer white. But other than that. It’s great with a white sonos beam.

Product arrived. Professionally hung on wall. Turned on and half the picture was noticeably darker than the other. About five minutes later the upper left corner looked like something in the screen behind the class cracked.
I love how flat the tv sits against the wall. The picture quality is great. All of my guests have been unable to tell that it is a tv at first and are always surprised when I pull out the remote. The tv comes with a free one-month art subscription to all the art pieces in the Samsung store.
This product gets the honor of my first ever 1 star rating. I ended up with the same problem as many other people who bought this TV and my results were no different. The TV arrived without a problem but within 10 minutes of setting it up it would just keep turning itself on and off.
