Maybe. Most owners of the Samsung RF28R7201SR are happy with it. There’s a real wow factor to its looks and it is loaded with features. The externally accessible cold drawer offers multiple temperature settings and moveable dividers for organization. But the performance concerns us.

love the black stainless steel, 4 drawers, especially the flex drawer. frig is large enough for a family of 4-6. the food showcase is a nice plus. and, the auto fill ptcher is a nice benefit. but, the pitcher leaks when pouring water. the replacement pitcher sent by the expert leaked out of the box.

This is our first Samsung refrigerator and we are very pleased. It's so spacious both in the refrigerator and freezer. Love the extra middle draw. I would give 5 stars, but the ice maker is not the best. Doesn't make that much ice.

The refrigerator is beautiful and is performing well. The refrigerator itself is quiet; the icemaker is somewhat noisy. It took a while after installation for the freezer to reach the desired temperature. The installers did not pull the refrigerator away from the wall as the instructions indicate.

Had this fridge for a couple weeks only, but I love it. It’s way better then the side by side I used to have.

Beautiful fridge with great features. Love the extra drawer for fridge items. Plenty of space and love the finger print resistant coating as it truly is!

Overall a great buy my wife loves the space and separation of compartments. Only two things; there's some water condensation in the left door on the bar that connects to the right door and also the water/ice dispenser seems to drip several minutes after dispensing ice (I guess is somewhat normal but...

Shelves are not able to be adjusted to my necessary height and would like more storage drawers. The Flexzone drawer was described as a freezer or refrigerator but temp doesn't get down low enough for deep freeze. This was the best option for my needs however compared to others on the market.

The water that comes from tne front of the refrigerator does not get cold. It comes out, most of the time less cold then room temperature
