Samsung 36 Inch Counter Depth French Door Refrigerator

We love this fridge as we are a techy family and love the feature of personalizing the screen and using it to leave notes. We also love the calendar feature and recipes feature. Not to mention the Alexa capability. Functionally the fridge works great for us space-wise.

I've been the owner of a side by side refrigerator for over 12 years. As a first time buyer of a French door style refrigerator, of course had to go all out with the Samsung Family Hub. Let's get down to it: Pro: Refrigerator is Very Spacious.

have just had the fridge for a few weeks. we are very pleased with it. the features on the fridge work well. the icemaker has worked flawlessly so far. the fridge cools efficiently, so far. perhaps the shelf arrangements could have been more flexible.

amazing product. lets start off with the space. the french doors help with easy access to everything. the middle drawer is where we place drinks. freezer area is wide and spacious. the camera function is awesome if you cant remember what is in your fridge. the hub is what makes this fridge for me.

family hub refrigerator is a sleek and stylist product to fit into kitchen. 21 inch screen to play music, videos, photos, ring bell compatibility is a plus factor. i personally feel third row to extend fridge is most convenient. do not need to open entire fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My ice maker quit 11 months after I purchased this refrigerator. Repair was "done" , but the ice maker still doesn't work. I'm waiting for Samsung to contact me to make a second repair for the ice maker.

I generally love Samsung products but not this one. The fridge capacity feels really small. The shelf configuration isn't very flexible. It looks like you could adjust the left and right shelves independently but you can't. There's one shelf that retracts half way.

we purchased this refrigerator 3 years ago and for the first year, we didnt have any problems. as soon as the warrranty expired, its been nothing but problems. the touchscreen rarely works and the ice maker constantly needs defrosting (which you can only do buy using the touchscreen).
