No new channels, but redesigned speakers make a real impact

DO NOT BUY! Pay attention to the reviews with the speakers disconnecting, it is happening to me. And just like others state, Samsung doesn’t know how to fix it so they ask you to mail your soundbar back in and they will take a look at it and eventually send it back to you.

When this item works, it’s the best sound bar on the market. That’s a big “if” though. I am on my second sound bar now and both sound bars have had intermittent disconnects for both the left speaker and subwoofer every few seconds, will work for another few minutes, then do it again.

Game changing sound. Absolutely incredible. I am a gamer and the surround sound is so good I can pinpoint directions so much better.

Great soundbar very clear sound works great with Samsung TVs only negative I had was until I updated firmware with smart things I couldn't use earc

the subwoofer constantly disconnects which makes watching movies very unenjoyable. i've tried different placements moving there for electronics switching routerchannels. nothing seems to alleviate this problem. for over a $1000 it shouldn't be this much problem.

the left rear speaker continually drops the sound! i’ve even had the whole sound bar swapped once and the replacement started dropping right out of the box!!beyond aggrivating for the price point of this set up! also samsung support is completely useless when you call.

Absolutely impressed with quality of scratch and dent purchase ( one decent dent/chip on corner of sub only). I would have been disappointed paying full price but am happy with unit. Easy integration with my Samsung NeoQLED90. Soundbar and surrounds are awesome. Sub is disappointing.
