While we don’t quite like the fact that the KU6500 is priced quite a bit higher than the KU6300 almost entirely due to its curved display design, this is one very robust 4K TV with some great display specs to offer at a reasonable enough price.
Tizen smart OS is better than ever, Good display brightness, Samsung’s upscaling engine as good as ever, Decent contrast, Great design aesthetic, Reasonably priced
No HDR color, Smart remote functionality issues, No wide color gamut, Few HDMI, USB ports, Contrast could be improved, 60Hz refresh
Was looking for a nice entry level tv and the quality of this one was amazing. With my untrained eyes I can't see much difference with the 300 or 400 higher priced tv's and therefore couldn't justify spending more.
This TV is an excellent addition tothe household as it combined ergonomics with matchless performance
The elegance of the Unit and Seamless performanc
I purchased this to use as a computer monitor. I have an older graphics card that only supports a maximum resolution of 2560 x 1600. I didn't have the option of upgrading the graphics card, so I needed to find something that would give me good color and resolution for working with Adobe web and...
Planet Earth II (4K version) looks unprecedented - neighbors flock to this set just to enjoy a virtual 'vacation' around the globe. HDR features makes a huge difference in a myriad of hues - another room in the house has a 4K OLED (which predates HDR) and this Samsung yields the more vibrant colors...
I bought this for playing 4k video games. I've loved using it, compared to my 1080p screen there is definitely a noticable difference that's not in my head. I went back to playing games in 1080p for a month, then came back and used this TV again, and that had nothing to do with testing, just on of...
Nice TV, other then the fact the dang thing has compatibility issues with my Comcast cable box. Went threw 4 boxes and 2 technitions until we figured out the TV just doesnt like the box. I would not recommend this TV if you plan to watch TV. Games, streaming, PC, and USB work great.
After having a dpl tv for 4 years, this one has a better picture & sound.
The first time I saw Samsung's parabolic screen there was a wild primate special in play. Being a primatologist, the color, depth of field, and surround-like effect grabbed, and held me. I had to have one! But being on a limited budget suggested a different outcome.
After having this TV for a year and having High-Speed internet provided by DOCOMO Pacific, I still can't use its SMART HUB... always getting (2014509-1)
I bought this TV since June 2016 and already broke. No more Samsung for me. Sony is always my trust product.
