We've had our new washer & dryer now for over 2 weeks now, & wife & I love the features, we had front loader washer & dryer before these Top load Samsung washer & Dryer, more room, & the washer has no center agitator, we able to soak the Landry like bedding & Comforters better, seem s clean better...
Generally functions great. Honestly the only thing I would change is making the end of cycle chime shorter but it is entertaining the first time or two. I haven't used the steam feature so I'm not sure it adds much value but we were interested in the size and this one matches our needs.

Overall nice dryer. I bought it for the steam options. I threw a couple of blouses to get the wrinkles out and it didn't meet my expectations, the wrinkles were still visible after a 20 minute cycle. The refresh option is nice if you forget to take out the clothes immediately.

Dryer seems to work fine but ..... whoever designed this pair of appliances without flat and level tops is nuts. And I'm stupid for buying without seeing in person. The tops of both washer and dryer slant back to front, meaning just about anything will slide off. So impractical.

It's very nice looking I am still figuring it out I just hate every time I wash a comforter or bed stuff it wont balance its self and I have to keep moving it around to get spun out besides that i like it so far.
We've had this dryer for over 4 months now. Honestly, not many complaints. Large enough for our growing family and enough room to compliment the 5.3 cu ft washer. My only complaint is if you wanted to dry a few items, the moisture sensor doesn't really work for that.
