Samsung 36 Inch Counter Depth French Door Refrigerator

I absolutely love this refrigerator. However, the ice maker needs almost daily attention so it doesn’t jam. I read about this issue, but chose to ignore it. Now that we don’t have ice (I have to defrost the fridge to fix it), I’m kicking myself for not “listening” to others.

Love it! Well set up and thought out. Bordering on visually stunning. Replacing appliances after kitchen remodel, and this set up fit perfectly with our design. Right sized at cabinet depth, and the adaptable freezer side is an unexpected plus. Great pricing as well.

This counter depth four door Flexible refrigerator is excellent. It has the top part as the refrigerator the bottom left door is the freezer and the bottom right can be used as a freezer or refrigerator or a drink cooler. Right now, I use it as a drink cooler.

The freezer layout is amazing. It fits an astonishing quantity of food, but in a way where you can see everything and access everything. Nothing gets buried. The fridge is also well laid out, and it works great. My berries aren't getting moldy and nothing in the back is getting inadvertently frozen.

Only had this refrigerator 2 months but really does a Super Job. Good design with lots of room and the ability to change 1 section from a refrigerator to a freezer is a Big plus. Keeps item cold in both refrigerator and freezer sections.

Great, quiet fridge. The flex option is really worth it

Nice design but very poor quality. We had to replace compressor after 1 year, and now a lot of drawers are broken. You should expect better from $3000 refrigerator. I would not buy Samsung appliance again

Awful! We have had one for a few years now and it has been repaired multiple times. Can't tell you how many times frost has killed the fan and we lost all our food. Many service calls and lost work time and lost food. Samsung won't fix or replace and wants us to pay for more service calls.

This has got to be the worse frig I have ever owned. We bought this frig based,on the amount of ice that it could produced. We even checked out the reviews on Consumer Reports before,we,bought. We even had tech come out to,our house to check out and he said nothing was wron with the ice maker.
