The 960 Pro is a high-end product that breaks several benchmark records while proving cheaper than its rival. That said, this is still an expensive product that delivers speed that few people will truly need or notice.
don't let my 4 stars deceive you this is an amazing SSD and wouldn't chose or recommend anything else at the moment. I took away a star because it was challenging for me(a beginner) to install, and it replaced a 4 year old Intel SSD, I thought there would be a huge performance gain, it was only...

This is a great SSD, it's very fast and has lots enough space to use as your main operating system/games/programs drive.

wasn't a straight forward install (had to go online to figure out how to install Windows on it)
I use this SSD together with a PCIe 3.0 x 4 adapter card with an M.2 slot. Access is lightning fast! Puts my other non-NVMe SSD's to shame. I highly recommend this one if speed is your #1 priority.
Please see my video review where I benchmark the 960 pro to two 840 EVOS in RAID0, and I also threw in a HDD comparison as well. Enjoy!
If you plan on going to the M.2 configuration. Just make sure your board does support that particular drive. I wish I waited. I think they have some time to perfect the M.2 technology. Heck, who knows if it will even stay around.

Easy to install, takes seconds, looks awesome embeded in my board....

....But configuring it, is another story. I have an EVGA X99 Classified Motherboard. M.2 slot provided. Now I'm still not sure if it's the drive or my mobo. But I could not get my motherboard to recognize this SSD. I've been on tech sites for help. Nobody as of yet can help me.
