Samsung The Frame LS03T 50" Class HDR 4K UHD Smart QLED TV (2020)

We have cable TV and the ability to back and forth between the cable provider's menus and the integrated TV menus is a bit clunky. The adaptive sounds causes the volume of the TV to go up and down randomly. While sitting quietly and watching it will suddenly turn the volume way up.

Great image and sound quality are spoiled by a train-wreck of an interface and non-functioning features. Art mode is buggy and only works intermittently, and slide show locks up the device frequently. There is no rearranging or shuffling art.

I do not like that you have to buy the artwork separately. Outside of that, I am loving this over my fireplace. It is the right size and does not take away from the fireplace.

It was easy to set up and looks amazing flush against the wall. HOWEVER, they provide the no gap wall mount. The screws that are used to mount it to the wall are awful.

Great features, though the slim design makes it a challenge to hang up using the included mount if you don't have a second strong helper.

The instructions for installing the mounting bracket on the wall require 6 drywall screw mounts that are not included in the package. If I don't use the correct mounting screws then Samsung says they are not liable for failure?

This was an awesome purchase. I was unsure if the tv would come with drywall anchors, but it did! And really good ones too! The art mode is amazing! I purchased the white bezel that makes this look soooooo real (like a painting).

Wish the wood frames were not so expensive. Did buy the sonos soundbar as the TV sound was not enough. Like the art, would
