Note that this monitor doesn't have a swivel feature. I got what I paid for. If you are looking for a more feature-rich monitor, one that has swivel, better picture quality, etc., you should probably look elsewhere. It's not bad, but it's not top-of-the-line.
-Cost -Good Picture Quality for the cost
-No DVI input. Oddly, it must be connected with an HDMI cable even though the monitor has no speakers. -Having to purchase a separate and decently-oddball DVI-to-HDMI cable. -The power cables have a 90° end on them making plugging in to a UPS or power strip a real pain.
I wanted to upgrade the quite old 23'' 1080p monitor of my parents which broke recently to something a bit better. I hesitated to buy the BenQ GW2760HS, which has some really great reviews, but is now 3 years old. I wanted a more recent panel.
- Pixel Density not problematic, - Great visual quality and colors., - FreeSync range: 48 to 60 HZ, - No dead pixel, - Very bright
- Only one VGA cable included... NO HDMI.
I have deployed maybe 10 of these so far around the office, and have had nothing but good luck. Crisp picture. The color doesn't look 100% true when I'm doing design work, but it comes close enough for 95% of use cases. Extremely low power consumption too while remaining very bright.
Simple to hook up. Picture excellent. Lightweight. Only negative was power on/off switch was combined with other functions not related and located in back.
THANK YOU FOR MAKING OUR OFFICE MORE ORGANIZED AND EFFICIENT
Not a bad screen but would have liked a more squarer style of screen more suitable for doing photos. you can not see all of the top and bottom of the photo. May be I could alter that in settings I do't know. The quality is a lot better than I had before
have it hooked to my main p.c.,very good on the eyes
Great crisp picture. Like the menu access by the button that is also the on / off switch. It comes with brightness set at 100 which you'll probably want to dim quit a bit.
Very sleek piece of tech - not typical-looking, super thin, colours pop and monitor can get very bright. Also it's a very good size. Well worth the money - would definitely recommend.
Bought this as stop gap while I build a gaming pc, ( using Xbox one s) now.Once set up, it's a good picture, set sharpness up to full, and gaming mode on.The monitor stays on in standby, and come alive when you give it a signal, no signal, you simply get a flashing blue light, but nothing to worry...
