Sonare's new bell blank is closer to the final shape of the bell so that the thickness throughout is more uniform, while still being hand hammered. The higher precision of the bell thickness creates better timbral balance.Valve casings are soldered using a highly precise soldering fixture to assure proper position of valve casings and knuckles. The result? Precise slide alignment which improves response and intonation.
