I just got this Roland FP-30 and its a great digital piano. The weight and feel of the keys though not exactly like a real acoustic piano, its still very nice. The speakers also get very loud and sound good. The extra sounds you can play around with are a nice touch as well.
It attached quickly and easily to the other components and has added a lot to my playing.
I bought the Roland fp30-x and it is absolutely phenomenal. For the price range it sits in it not only gives a very real sounding traditional piano, and the keys also feel like a real piano. The sound is incredible, the most astonishing feature in my opinion.
I bought this strictly for the tone and play feel. It did not let down. Feels very close to real piano, and the sound! Oh the striking noise and the decay all sound so natural! Shipped right to my door in beautiful condition. Would never have known it was b-stock it looks so nice!
Well designed pedal unit.
Good quality unit, feels good to operate. Can page turn with Bluetooth app also
Does exactly what it' supposed to do
Well made if a little pricey
I gues this machine is all about (well for me at least) the playing feel and not so much the sound. So about that feel. These hamer keys are heavy! I come from light synths and probably the heavyst keys that I have are a Korg 01/w so these are a workout.
Roland has been 100% invested in digital technology since 1972 when Yahama and Kawai were only stretching piano wire . And it shows.I was all set to get the much hyped [rhymes with Hawaii] ES 110 based on reviews alone. Then I actually tried one at a store.
