Using the Raynox on a Canon G-15. The Raynox clips onto a Canon FA-DC58D Filter Adapter. The G-15 lens has great macro ability, and the Raynox takes it to the next level. Maximum focusing distance is 120 mm from lens. Minimum focusing distances varies with zoom.

I decided to buy the Raynox DCR-250 Super Macro to digitize my black & white 35mm and 6×6 negatives using my 1st generation Sony RX100. I'd been copying the negatives for a while with the camera's macro setting, but the resultant photo didn't fill very much of the frame.

I currently use this on my Canon 7D mk II with a Canon 100mm f/2.8L Macro lens and a Yongnuo YN14EX macro flash ring.I bought the Raynox DCR-250 lens attachment because I wanted to get an even closer look at insects/spiders (5mm and under).

The Raynox DCR-250 2.5x macro converter is one of, if not the best macro diopter on the market. It does not reduce sharpness, add CA, or add distortion in any noticeable way. It can be used on any lens with a thread size between 52mm and 67mm, including existing macro lenses to stack magnification...

I LOVE this lens. I will admit it took me a few days to learn how to use it. Some great videos on Youtube helped! It was, however, a too tight a fit for my Canon and I use a file to file down the edges which hook onto the lens on my camera. Now it is easy to put on and off, without being too tight.

I use with my 85mm micro nikkor to create super macro photos. The lens goes to 1:1 but I can use this for even more magnification. It is about 2.3 x. I tried extension tubes with my lens - too much diffraction blurring. Cheap plus lenses have way too much chromatic aberration to be useful.

This is one of the best of its kind. Contrary to most cheap diopter lenses, it is composed of multiple elements. That means that sharpness and CA are under control.

Wow...this thing makes sharp images...yes it is easy to use...I just use the spring loaded attachment...so I can attach it to my 18-55 and 55-200 Fuji lenses...but not able to attach it to my 35mms f/2 without a stepup/down ring...I love macro work..

I've paired this on everything ranging from my Canon 50mm f/1.4 to my 100-400 mm f/4.5-5.6L IS II (using a step-down lens) with very nice results. Very versatile product and now plan on picking up the DCR-150 for even more options.
