The S series binoculars are superior quality full sized binoculars that are ideal for the widest range of lighting and weather conditions. Large objective lenses incorporated in the design allow for bright viewing under all light conditions.
Bought these to take to the beach in Florida to watch a NASA rocket launch. Fantastic glass for he price. If you don't have a pair of these you need to get a pair. Fog and water resistant, the 50mm objective is all the light gathering lens you need.
Very short minimum focus distance, very clear and bright image. They seem really well built, tight, solid and covered completely in this rubber armor. Remember to rotate the viewfinders to get them to the correct viewing position.
I've used ones costing 2-3 times as much and we live little difference if any.
