Great microwave! Maytag doesn't make the type I need so this is the only appliance that doesn't match the others but still looks high end and nice. Works great and no issues.
If you get this unit just put it on the countertop and not on a shelf with trim kit ....... half inch gaps between unit and the kit. Would not have purchased either if I had known.
Replace an older model of the same that broke around the door open mechanism. I love this model and didn't think it's like turn know at all but it's great. I miss the quick minute and am growing fond of the 30 sec.
I love the Panasonic features that I have never had on any microwave except the Panasonic brand. Love that this one is big enough to finish the turkey, if necessary. Very easy to use.
That it was similar to the one Mom already had and same brand - wish it had a 1 minute selection for quick warm for her - she is adjusting to 30 seconds
Attended my expectations.
Everything's pretty self-explanatory. Easy to use and a very powerful microwave. The defrost function on this microwave is far superior to any I have ever owned. Love it.
THIS MICRO LASTED 10 MONTHS . FORGET ABOUT THE SO CALLED "SERVICES" PHONE NUMBER FOR HELP. THIS WILL BE OUR SECOND PANASONIC MICRO THAT DID NOT LAST ONE YEAR! I WILL NEVER AGAIN BUY A PANASONIC PRODUCT!!!
