I’m 6’-2” and 200 lbs, I cannot push this vacuum on medium pile carpet. Works great on low pile. My house is 90% medium pile so it rendered this vacuum unusable to me.

I am loving this vacuum. I wanted one with a bag because I have heard the bag-less options tend to release a lot of dust into the air. This one has been great. We have a lot of rugs and laminate wood floors. It can handle both very well.This vacuum is overall simple..

I bought this cleaner two months ago to replace a 5-6 year old Eureka which was quite satisfactory until the motor suddenly burned out. First, the good points. The cleaner has good suction and cleans well. The on-board cord storage feature is very nice. The bad point, it is extremely hard to push.

The upright part of this vacuum works well enough, but when using the hose attachments, the whole thing tips over constantly. Disappointed in this product, especially in light of the price tag.

I chose this vacuum since our last Panasonic vacuum lasted over 15 years with little maintainance, cleaning afer a family of four. I have now had this vacuum for six months and I am disappointed by how poorly designed this vacuum has turned out to be.

My husband LOVES this vacuum! He says the suction is great and the best feature is it adjusts automatically (we have bare floors, area rugs and thick wall to wall). His only complaint is the cord doesn’t retract fast enough all the way (haven’t used it myself yet, but I trust his judgment).

We received this vacuum about two weeks ago and have been well pleased with the performance so far. It was very easy to assemble. It does a better job at removing dust and dirt than our built-in system and another upright vacuum (different brand, bagless) that we have.

The rotary brush still spins when you use the hose. I am afraid my carpet will be destroyed because the brush will wear away 1 spot.
