The latest in a range of small pocket recorders not just for voice but also with the quality to handle music with the special crossed microphones that Olympus brought in a few years ago. It comes able to use either Ni-Cad or Alkaline battery.
Have only had this new LS-P4 audio recorder for about 2 weeks and had chance to use it at a jazz music event to record about 1.5 hours total of some music performances. I should mention that I have been using an older Olympus LS-10 audio recorder for 3-4 years now and while I truly like that...

I picked up this recorder to have something to stuff in my pocket for quick recordings. FLAC recording is great, and the Bluetooth remote is pretty cool. Also I like that it uses one AAA battery.Unfortunately, this recorder shows its price.
