perfect, easy to install.
simple to install provided you have correct screwdrivers, found by disk utilities with no issues and just need to set a partition to install OS
Mac does not sees this sshd, it saw it one time, first time when I replaced it and then it dissapeared. I tried to replace, checked everything but not success. This item is not what it supposed to be.
I originally purchased a new SSD direct from OWC in the USA. I bought the kit which included screwdrivers to open the MacBook unscrew the existing SSD and a case to use the existing SSD as a USB drive. The screwdrivers were rubbish and the ends rounded off before I could remove the case.
I purchased the first SSD in Spring of 2012 and then it died on me 4 months later and then the replacement drive just died yesterday. I would never go back to them for another drive! I would rather go buy one that I can rely on that take a chance with another crappy SSD.....
