If you're looking for a small, stylish and simple snapper and aren't too demanding when it comes to low light image quality or continuous shooting speed, the S3600 deserves to be on your shortlist.

If you're a typical point and shooter, using a camera on days out, nights on the town and holidays, then the Nikon Coolpix S3600 is great for those situations. Bright light or using with flash is good for the camera because you can use a low ISO and obviate the noise issues.

The Nikon Coolpix S3600 is a budget camera with a decent amount of optical zoom and is available in a number of appealing colours. Images quality is fine for sharing on the web, with good colour reproduction.

I am a huge fan of small snapshot cameras. I started with the power shot elph cameras. And have been very very happy. I broke my 2 canon powers shot cameras and sent them in for repair. So went to the local big store to buy a camera. Of course i went in to buy a canon.

The camera is brilliant for the price and the images are bright and full do colour. The camera is good for those just getting started with photography as there are several modes where the photographer has to do very little. The ui is nice and minimal so again extremely easy to use for beginners.

  • -

    Lack of manual features
