The Neumann KH 310 pack a nasty punch with great low end responce and clear mid range. the top is nice and silky a little smoothed out. What ever your mix sounds like on these guys in a good room, it will sound like that everywhere.
Incredible. Beautiful midrange and tight low end that keeps the guesswork out of my mixes. High frequency driver is detailed without being hyped. Overall a very flat but musical sounding monitor. Upgraded from my Focal Solo 6B monitors and haven't looked back.
I upgrade my system from Dynaudio BM5A MK2 to this little monster. They are just blown my mind. Clear field, layered depth, and solid low-end. This is the best near field monitor that I have ever heard !
The goal was to find a set of monitors that would open up the mix with out coloring it. Neumann did that with so much ease. I have my monitors set to the lowest output and I can not get over how powerful they still are with so little input and how transparent the sound coming out is.

I can't even begin to count all the gear I've gotten thru Sweetwater without a single review until now. I track a lot of electric guitar thru modelers along with live amps thru the console. As full range monitors they are as life like like as it gets.
I was on the fence between the ATC scm25s and KH 310s. Been able to use both in other studios i've worked at. Instantly feel in love with the detail and clarity from the ATCs, but the sub-bass was always a bit of an issue. The bass, honestly, sounds pretty wonky to me, from them.
Listen to me, for those who think $4500 is too much to spend on a set of monitors, the KH 310A will change your mind and mixes over night. After auditioning these in your studio your not going to want to listen to anything else....trust me.
After over 20 years of using various studio monitors I have found a pair that sound like a record. They push out the emotion and the depth. All the bull%@t sales pitch phrases you hear to sell stuff that doesn't deliver.
After having some trouble getting my KH120's to translate bass/lowend well it was time to look for new and bigger monitors. Enter the KH 310's! I'm tempted to just write WOW and end the review with that.
