I have a really bad base wifi plan with spectrum but after purchasing this router, everything felt more reliable and faster while gaming, it's a bit expensive but totally worth it if you game a lot!

I bought this router to use with my Sky super fast broadband, as I had multiple disconnects and pretty poor performance on my sky router. The XR 500 router has been a revelation, zero drop outs, gaming priority for those that need it, great WIFI and overall a definite improvement.
