The EA275UHD isn’t perfect; no monitor is, but we think any user outside a hardcore gamer would be happy to own one. It sports a bright sharp image with excellent contrast, good color saturation and pixel density to spare.

Inaccurate gamma without SpectraView
I'm an amateur enthusiast landscape photographer. So was primarily concerned with getting a high resolution color accurate monitor. In the short time that I've had it, it certainly fits the bill.
The color and resolution of the monitor are superb with my Mac Book Pro. It does require the addition of a Thunderbold III to DataPort cord (or adapter) to connect computer to monitor.
I bought this monitor to compliment an upgraded PC for advanced photo processing. There's so many monitors to choose from that it wasn't an easy decision process. Based on my budget and reviews of the product from a number of sources, this seemed to be a good fit for my new set up; and indeed it is!
I'm a photographer, so a high quality calibrated monitor is what I wanted, this is it. I have another bigger monitor which isn't quite as good, should've bought 2 of these instead. It provides a high quality high resolution for use with photoshop for today's high resolution camera sensors.
I do not want to go back to HDMI. Windows 10 makes using this much resolution easy. My rating is really 4.9. My only complaint is the USB ports must be accessed up from the bottom of the monitor. It appears that the pictures on the NEC site were taken with the monitor laid on its back.
Back light is even enough, color is bright, over all a solid monitor for graphics. The only complain I have is that there are no physical buttons like the previous models. In a room with no lights it's hard to see where is the input button to switch input.it came with a build-in speaker.
Excellent display. This is my first experience with an NEC product and I'm exceptionally pleased with the display after a few months of daily use. In the past I've used HP, Dell, and Apple displays and they worked well for my needs, but after a few months on the NEC I have trouble imagining using...
I use this monitor for processing images for printing and for sale. I need accurate and complete color gamut and brightness, such that my prints look the same as prints as they did on the monitor. Also, I Share a lot of images on Flickr and Facebook and want control of how my images look there.
