The Meopta MeoPro HD 10x42 is a very interesting pair of binoculars. On the one hand we are impressed by its astigmatism and distortion correction, a sensibly-sized field, not especially susceptible to chromatic aberration, and slight light fall-off near the edge.
-
+
very low astigmatism,, imperceptible distortion,, slight brightness loss on the edge of the field of view,, good colour rendering,, sensible correction of chromatic aberration,, sharp image already from 1.3 metres,, good quality BaK-4 glass prisms,, good quality coatings covering all air-to-glass...
-
-
distinct coma,, weak sharpness on the edge of the field of view.
There is no better glass for the price. Period. Strong build quality with superb optical quality. You need to spend 3x the money to get back into better glass.
Crystal clear! Best Ive ever owned. Needed better pair for hunting. Couldnt see as well as needed at dawn or dusk. These are the best!
smooth focus wheel. excellent glass. attractive finish. a bit longer than I would prefer, but a very nice binocular. I would recommend
Heard a lot of good things about this brand but I was skeptical. I took a chance and bought this Bino anyway. The clarity is equal to binoculars costing much more money and this Binocular is stylish with great ergonomics.
Clear glass, really good right at dusk. Had ordered the Steiner Predators and sent them back, they were not as good as my Vanguard ED's. These are slightly better, the Vanguards are hard to beat for the money, but in the last few minutes of light the Meopro's are Awesome.
This binoculars are one of the best. good for all purpose in all conditions. distortion free optics, sharp to the edge, no CA and no spherical aberration, quick focus, good case, comfortable neck strap with aircells.a bit expensive, but for european and U.S. made, its a great price.
I wasn't sure if I wanted a 10x or 8x, I currently own a 10x36 and I thought I wanted to stay with 10, more magnification is better right, I was wrong once I started doing some research and experimenting. I use binos for deer hunting mostly, in south Louisiana.
these worked for both me and my husband. Great sharp, low light binoculars. Easily adjustable, lightweight. What more can you ask for?
