I've had it for less than a month but so far we are happy. It does take longer to wash loads but that doesn't bother me. I've only had issue with dark loads and one or two items coming out of the wash with spots of soap residue or lint gathering. Using the overfill for dark loads may help with this.

Ok...so I've only had this washer since yesterday but it is awesome! We've gone through 3 machines in 14 years. The last was our first HE machine of another popular but lower priced name brand.

We've been very happy with this washer. After reading so many poor reviews on new washers we were nervous about buying anything new. We had heard complaints about new machines using too little water but this washer uses plenty of water if you use the deep fill option or the "bedding"...

I replaced my recalled Samsung with this Maytag. I can reach the bottom of this machine. I also like the function of controlling the water. It you want to save money, do not get the glass top. It really is more trouble. It collects water and leaves little spots. I am constantly cleaning with windex.

Excellent machine! Amazing how it uses a little amount of water and the clothes are perfectly clean and fresh! It's a fascinating piece of machinery. We are totally satisfied with the purchase of the washer and dryer and would definitely purchase them again in the future. Well done Maytag!

We just upgraded after 28 Years with Kenmore and always had washer with agitator, we weren't worried about all the fancy ones out there and heard bad things about front loaders. So after careful research we got this and are very pleased so far in first month.

So far so good- only a couple months old. It has a large washing basin, our clothes/towels come out clean and it's easy to use. The only con is it's a little noisy (compared to other new washers) due to it having an agitator, but it is still quieter than our old 15 year old washer.

Traded in our Maytag Bravo XL for this. Yes the machine fills all the way with water and actually gets your clothes clean. Also has auto sensing option IF you prefer to save water. You tell the machine how much water you want instead of the other way around like most machines. GREAT BUY!

I read reviews for months before making a decision. This wasn't my first choice but because of the delay in shipment for first choice I went with this one. I did read that people had problems with the start/pause button and it can be difficult, but I have mastered that. Great machine!

I am pleasantly surprised with our purchase of this top loading washer machine. I was hesitant to buy a new washer with an impeller since I believed them to be rougher on clothes. However, the impeller technology has come quite a long way.
