Marantz SR8015 11.2-Channel Network A/V Receiver

Marantz took an already excellent AVR and made it better. In fact, as far as 11CH receivers go, I'd say the SR8015 is king of the hill at the moment. It has a solid amplification section that would make most separates enthusiasts think twice.

Well where to start, hmm its a monster of sound quality, and balanced sound, and i owned the Yamaha RX3080, which really there's no comparison,much higher build quality made in JAPAN, and much more dynamics and YPAO is pretty bad compared to Audyzzey i had some insane bass nulls and Audyzzey...

It’s very nice. I wanted something more musical than my Denon 5800, Marantz really fit the bill. When paired with B&W Nautilus series speakers this thing really sings. I would recommend this unit to anyone that wants great home theater but is also looking for amazing stereo sound.

Very nice piece of hardware. I've only had it about 2 weeks, but delivers crystal-clear audio and video to 7.2.4 system with pre-out driving outdoor speakers in a second zone

Top of the line for Marantz receivers. Future proof for several years. Made in Japan; quality is impeccable. Pure powerful sound- hard to imagine separates from Marantz or any other high end manufacturer could sound any better.

Fantastic AV Receiver! Home theater and music sound great. Had two different Yamaha receivers since 2011 that were great but this is a better quality. You pay for what you get!

Hardly any sound at all from front wide speakers when playing dolby atmos. All other surround modes send loads of sound to the front wide speakers. Was the main reason I bought this product. Avoid.

Plenty powerful, lots of features and options. The unit looks great too. The built in menus are not very intuitive which is frustrating.. but you can eventually figure it out.The remote control is hard to read, and I cannot get it to control my other components with the program codes.

The Marantz SR8015 is the best sound receiver I've owned to date. the service and backup from The Audio Tailor has been 2nd to none. Setup was a breeze and still learning new things it can do everyday.

Upgraded from a Denon AVR-X6300H to this monster. Absolutely love it! Have not noticed any heat issues some others have noted but I am running a cooling fan with it. Was well worth the cost and upgrade in my humble opinion. Only concern for me is the video out hmdi..

If you haven't heard there is a design flaw in the HDMI chipset.The receiver cannot pass pass 4k at 120hz or 8k at 60hz as advertised and this cannot be fixed with a firmware update. If it were not for the HDMI 2.1 design flaw this receiver would be almost perfect.
