The Oracle Tattoo is inspired by traditional Polynesian body ornamentation. Those designs were monochromatic, tattooed in black against brown skin, with strongly geometric patterns, and many shapes and symbols inspired by the natural island world: stones, waves, fish, sharks, turtles, rain, sun, birds.The solid spruce top of the Oracle Tattoo Grand Concert has a laser-etched design by Alex Morgan, mahogany back and sides, and a rosewood fingerboard. This acoustic-electric version also has a B-Band preamp/tuner with 3-band EQ and even USB connection to make it easier to record ideas on a variety of devices.
