The good: Its massive size fits pretty much anything. It generally washes quicker than our previous one did. Love the soap dispenser that automatically inputs the necessary amount of soap each time.The bad: Ours leaks inside the unit. its been repaired twice and still has the issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 2 weeks ago and I love my new washer! I'm looking for things to wash because I enjoy using it so much. It is exceptionally quiet. I'm often shocked when the cycles are finished because it seems so much faster than my old washer.

I bought this machine a month ago and makes clothes washing so easy as it thinks for you …with features .. knowing how much soap and softener to use for each washing after you have filled them to capacity….

I am so happy to have this washer & dryer. It has exceeded my expectations. The new feature of automatically measuring out detergent and softener for each wash is amazing. My initial response when reading about this feature was that it wasn't something I had to have.

I have had the LG frontload washer for only a week now and need to explore all of the options. Not sure why the detergent and softener digital readings always say refill when there is still soap inside.

We upgraded to a new LG washing machine when we moved into our new home. We'd had LG previously, but our model was over ten years old. It never gave us a day of problems, so it was an easy decision to stay with the same brand. We couldn't be more pleased with the WM4500HBA.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the washer about a month ago and really love the product. At first, I wasn't so sure about the automatic soap and softener dispensers but they really work. You put a lot of soap and softener in and it dispenses it based on the load.

I bought this machine recently and love it. It holds large loads such as blankets with ease. I love the detergent/softener compartments. They hold enough soap or softener to wash many loads before refilling. The machine itself is just beautiful. Great purchase!
