The drain hose that comes with this washer was only about 4' long, not long enough to reach to drain pipe. LG need to install at least 6' drain hoses as not every customer has a new construction house to install units.

Excellent washer! We received the washer installed it, and checked to make sure that it was as close to perfectly level as possible. Ran a test load ( towels on Rinse and Spin ) through it as instructed in the installation manual. We were shocked how quiet the washer is.

I was looking for a replacement with more advanced features and found this lovely LG. Cant get enough of its turbowash feature, provides the deepest clean for my laundry. Looks beautiful in my closet with my LG dryer to match

Just get it. I bought these model to upgrade from a 13 year old LG washer and dry that never gave me any problems. From going to the new machines I can tell you its a huge difference . They are so much more quieter and do not shake at all.

I was first introduced to LG frontload washer and dryer in the new condo that I purchased as a vacation home. It was love at first sight and I liked it so much that I purchased another one for my permanent home. The features are very convenient giving the user many options when washing and drying.

A great upgrade from our older LG washer. We really like the push notifications and Google Home announcements when the wash is completed. No more stinky clothes from being forgotten.It misses getting the 5th star because it is not easy to install.

Was intimidated at first, but is actually easy to use. Does a great job with our clothes, and I have 4 kids still living at home. The crew who installed it did a great job of doing so.
