I like everything about this washing machine, except for one thing: the electronic touch panel has no back light, which makes it very difficult to read the many various options for washing. Worse, the plastic cover is smoke gray, which diminishes the visibility even more.

Whoever came up with the dial does not have fluorescent lighting in their laundry room, very hard to see which option is selected. No written description of cycles. On-line only is a bit ridiculous unless one has a computer in the laundry room or carries a cell phone to the laundry.

I don�t usually leave reviews for products or appliances but I felt compelled to for this LG washer. I didn�t realize how bad my old washer was until I got this one. So much quieter and quicker. I actually feel like my clothes are cleaner if that�s possible.

Was very disappointed in a few areas. LED is not backlit. WiFi is difficult to set up. Stupid sound at the end of cycle can't be changed to a buzzer type that you can actually hear! Detergent box intermittently full of water at end of cycle. Other than that, it washes clothes well!

We use this washer for all laundry needs. Do not have complaints about this product.

Having to replace a washer during the virus shelter in was a concern; however, the ordering, installation process and performance of this machine has been seamless. The washer is easy to use, quite intuitive and quiet.

Most importantly, the front load washer does an excellent job of cleaning clothing. It seems to be well balanced during the spin cycles. On the down side, the modifier screen on the control panel is virtually unreadable without a flashlight. Backlighting would be very helpful.

Our old washer had been getting so progressively louder over the past eight years that we could hear it from the second floor on the other side of the house. This was fine for a while, but with a new baby, the situation was intolerable.

I have only had it for a couple of days but already I am mesmerized by the magic of this machine. It replaced an old top loader, which used to walk during the spin cycle and at times sounded like there was an angry elephant in our basement.

Very Easy to operate! All loads have come out almost dry - and really clean. Extra quiet on all cycles. It would be nice if the display was easier to read, but it is only used to modify the normal temp. and other wash settings - that the main control does for almost every load.
