Great product. Quiet operation, great controls. Some owners complain about aggressive valves causing water hammering, but we installed $25 worth of Chief mini water hammer arrestors and have absolutely no problem. Highly recommend this washer.

My 30 year old Maytag had to be replaced so we chose the LG front load washer and dryer. I miss my old Maytag. The wash cycle in LG Wm2250C runs too long. I cannot soak a load of whites and they are always dingy. I have had clothes come out completely dry in small areas meaning it never was washed.

  The spin cycle is great. Large clothes capacity. Has a short 15 minute wash cycle.

  Not enough water. No lint catcher. Cannot soak, or add clothes after cycle has started.

I purchase one for under our front load washer, and my wife really liked the height of the washer so she asked me to add one to our dryer. I considered making a stand for the dryer; however, when I consider time and materials the Abt price was a winner for me!
