We really like our dehumidifier. It is a lean not-even-to being close-to mean dehumidifying machine. It keeps our lower level comfortable and dry. The water is easily removed and my thoughts about how inadequate the previous machine was are fading fast.

doesn't remove as much humidity as a smaller GE unit I had and makes a really loud annoying sound when the compressor is running as a result of a vibration in the metal housing. could be fixed if there was a damping material / insulation like foam between the metal case and internal components.

Am very satisfied with the LG dehumidifier…it has a modern look, is energy efficient, quiet and does a great job removing the humidity. It’s also very easy to operate. Would recommend without hesitation.

The dehumidifier does what is supposed to do and looks good doing it. I think though that the designers could have been a bit more thoughtful in considering its functionality. The water bin is in the side and is difficult to remove full without spilling since it doesn't slide in and out and has to...

This thing does work good I’ve had no problems at all. The bucket does need dumped a few times a day but I do live near wetlands so take it with a grain of salt. It would be nice if it had a pump

There is no other dehumidifier you can buy that comes with a pump(absolutely needed) AND connects to WiFi at this price, not even close. Great Dehumidifier! Easy set up, optional direct hose set up is perfect for the basement. Having a cleanable filter is excellent. All dehumidifiers should have one as a standard feature.

This thing work s amazingly! We tend to run it in rooms we're not occupying because we run it at like 30%, which is bad for the normal person. Ideally humidity should be around 50% but we run it drier during wet seasons. We also run it in unoccupied rooms because it is kind of loud.

Good humidifier, definitely lowers the humidity in the basement and seems to keep it pretty constant. The hose hook up works as well so we don’t need to keep emptying the bucket.

It's louder than what I hoped for but not crazy loud. The bigger issue is that it never turns off. It will get the humidity well below your setting but still keeps running. I read both these comments from others after I bought it (whoops). I do like the unit. It looks sharp and does a great job.
