I bought this a month ago. Although I loved the audio quality but I expected it can producer louder sound. Overall It's good.The problem is with the mic. It captures all the sound around except my voice. I tend to speak lower voice. Well, not so looooow that nobody can hear.

Sound is too soft, even if the volume is on high. It is very good if listening music. If the user has I-phone, there is a little bit of confusion to use the bluetooth. Can't use the bluetooth to command or say call, it will dial the last number if the answer button is pressed.

Just received my headset and it is awesome! The speakers are nice and crisp sounding. I really love the retractable earphones. I would highly recommend.

I have been using these for a few weeks now, and I'm very happy with them. The sound quality is good and I've had no trouble pairing them with my devices. Ear buds are comfy. I use them while doing chores and moving around the house, and they stay on well. Battery life is good so far!

I've been using these for the past 2wks and they work as expected, I get about 10 hrs use before battery gives up. The little external speaker isn't loud enough when I'm outside so I rarely use it.

Got these headphones about a week ago. They were very easy to pair with my phone right out of the box, which is a definite plus. The features were also easy to use and I had no problems. The overall sound is good. It is clear and seems to have a good connection.

This is my 2nd LG Bluetooth. I bought one about 4.5 years ago that lasted 4 years. That's an amazing le gth of time because I am very rough on earbuds.So far very pleased with this . The music sound is high quality.
