When our ac went out this was a life saver . We have a decent sized living room and it kept it nice and chilly , to combat the Texas heat , and it even extended into the kitchen well too. It’s powerful , and not crazy noisy like some window units tend to be.

I purchased this window AC to replace or old air conditioner. After having purchased a LG refrigerator- I knew our new window AC would be LG also. It’s quiet and works well in our small home. The energy saving feature is my favorite setting.

This unit was easy to install. Operation is generally uncomplicated and serves our purpose. Heating our living area was the feature we were most interested in. I'm confident the AC will be just as efficient.

I bought this unit about 3 weeks ago and I love it! It really puts out like I did on prom night. It replaced our hvac and it cools about 1200 square feet, which is equivalent to a normal size living room, hallway and a large bedroom.

I bought this to replace a fifteen year old unit. Old unit (different manufacturer) was extremely loud, so I bought this based upon decibel rating, plus the heat capability, and it was the same size as the old unit making installation easy.

My husband built me a sewing room behind our house and installed the window unit to keep me warm in winter and cool in summer. It works great. I use the app on my phone to turn the unit to the desired temperature before I go out to work. Love it!
