I bought this for my 86 year old mother and it was installed in the wall where an old a/c was. We love how it works so efficiently and how it automatically goes on and off to maintain cool. We look forward to see how heat mode works this winter. It came with a remote which is wonderful for her.

I received LW1221HRSM A/C 12000 but window unit with heat from tryitsampling.I have a two bedroom 1 bath trailer and it was put in the front living room and my entire trailer stays cool. And I had my friend install it. It's almost one hundred pounds and he said it had very easy instructions.

We own several rental homes that are older. One, in particular, is difficult to keep cool in the hot Texas summer. We selected this unit to add to that rental home. Our tenant is super happy with this unit. It is quiet, cools the space effectively and efficiently. Love the remote feature as well.

The LG Electronics Room Air Conditioner cooling system with a 12,000 BTU is much needed for this heat wave this summer in my area. I’m enjoying it after braving the heat outside and coming back inside of my home to cool off. It’s easy to install and set up.

I bought this unit and really liked it so when it died last month, I quickly ordered another one just like it. Worked great and installed it in the wall with good ventilation.

I bought this cooling and heating unit in Sept.2023. Its fan broke and the unit was deemed none repairable because it would cost less to just replace it. I have ordered the exact same unit from Home Depot again because it’s the best unit on the market for the price. Easy to install also.

Product less than two years old, already broken, won’t shut down when correct temperature reached. Talked to LG tech. Said probably cause is motherboard, can’t find parts for this model. Help.

Works well.The noise level is high due to the small supply area making high velocity air noise.The temperature drop is only average 15 degrees from return to supply.
