Love my new LG 12000 BTU SMART WI-FI ENABLED WINDOW AIR CONDITIONER. It cools the needed area in my house perfectly. The WiFi feature is totally convenient when I can use the app on my iPhone to turn it on from anywhere.it sure is nice to come home to an air conditioned home.

I bought this LG window unit 3 weeks ago. My previous unit was 12,300 btu so I was hesitant if the new unit will preform atleast just the same & since I've been using it, works more than what I expected, cools out the area pretty darn good!

I bought this air conditioner on August 9th. It is so much quieter than my old one and it keeps my house cool. I run it on the energy saver mode most of the time, so it cycles on and off periodically and I am sure that it will save me money on my electric bill.
