I love this machine. It’s fairly quiet and does a great job! The clear top is a very nice feature. Although It’s HE it does seem to use enough water. The drawer for the detergent and fabric softener is great!

Very quiet. Holds a lot of laundry. Easy to operate. If the load is out of balance during the wash cycle, the machine stops and a chime sounds to let you know to redistribute the load instead of banging around like my old machine did. Comes with drain hose attached, so no need to purchase a new one.

This washer is GREAT. it has so many great features and I can do twice more of laundry than my previous washer and its really quiet. Excellent product. The final spin leaves the clothing so much dryer that the drying process have been shortened. We purchased an LG refrigerator last year and were very happy with the performance. When our washer stopped working, the first place I looked as at LG. Very happy with both products.

Lots of laundering options, and you can download more! Cleans beautifully...clothes look noticeably brighter. Like the built in water savings. Unlike a few reviewers, I have not had any issues with not enough water. So BIG I can just barely reach the bottom to remove the clothes.

Great washing machine, but doesn't connect to WiFi worth beans. My router is 2.4 and 5 mhz. The washer is 2.4 but keeps trying to connect via 5mhz so it's a no go. I'm not inclined to disable the 5mhz side just so I can see when my underwear is done washing as that will slow down all other devices.

Bought this washer about 2.1/2 weeks ago and so far we have had no complaints. A couple of days ago I thought I would try some of the special care cycles only to find that the button doesn't work...a call to LG and we have an LG technician coming out to check our washer with hopes to fix this.

I love this machine! As a gear-head, I love the glass top allowing a view of the high-capacity, impeller-less drum. I also love getting app notifications when a load is done. I haven’t had a chance to fully explore all the features yet but I’m really happy with the machine so far.
