Most likely. The LG LDP6797ST is a gorgeous dishwasher with a lot of usability options and decent cleaning for the price. Even with the low points on this model—how poorly it handled our toughest test stain on Normal and Turbo cycles—we saw average results.

I am disappointed with LG. The model that I chose does not wash my dishes very well. The other thing that I regret is that it is not 'printproof'. When I touch it with wet fingers, the water spot remains and I have to keep wiping it down. What I like about it is that it is very quiet.

This washer works well. Gets the dishes clean and does a nice job. The drying is a little meh - I wish it was like my old Viking that got ultra hot in the final rinse cycles to help facilitate better drying.

We are very pleased so far, but you should know we just replaced a 30 year-old GE that stopped draining. The first thing I noticed about the unit, besides it being shiny and new, is how quiet it runs.
