lg HBS-930 Platinum Bluetooth Neckband Headset (Silver)

(Mostly) loud enough to hear over the clanking of weights at the gym. Comfortable. They stay on. EA is slightly low on the bass but that can be adjusted on the iPod. They connect to bluetooth easily. Warning message on status of battery left (love that!) Reasonably priced. Long battery life.

I love LG's products, except for this product. I don't know if they changed the position of the mic, but if you bow your head or turn your head to the side, the people you are talking to cannot hear you. It becomes very muffled or they just get silence.

After about 6 months, now its starting to randomly hang up on people. What a piece of junk. Was great for a while, now the microphone has become horrible and has a horrible stable connection, people can barely hear me and keeps cutting in and out.

As said above, sound quality is superb. But the stiff neck piece is not for me. I have a thick neck so it doesn't fit too well. I ended up giving them to my wife, and went true wireless.

This was to replace an HSB-910 model. If you're just going to be listening to music or an audio book, it will be fine. Making calls with this is totally useless.

These work fine for listening but not good for talking on. If you want a good quality Bluetooth headphones don’t get anything less than the LG 1100

It is good to be listening music or watch videos on your alone time. But might need some improvement when you're talking to someone on the phone.

People often tell me I sound like I’m in a tunnel. Disappointed for the money I spent on these.

I bought the LG tone Platinum 11/17/2020 within 60 days the plastic surrounding the ear buds were cracked on both sides. I contacted LG as I felt that they should last longer than 2 MONTHS. I was told that the plastic was considered cosmetic and that they would check into it and get back to me.

Sound good. I really like the smooth retractable ear buds. I bought a cheaper brand and was not happy with them.
