LG 70 Series 70" Class HDR 4K UHD Smart LED TV

Really love my 70 inch LG. But the remote control is so cheap and flimsy I’m embarrassed for anybody to see what operates that big TV. it pops and cracks in my hand could be lighted could be raised littering for older people could be heavier duty but they cut corners and threw this out at you.

The remote for this Smart TV is straight out of the 90s. Very clunky and unresponsive. However the picture quality and sound is great. I have not had any major problems other than this brick of a remote. LG you should consider fixing this and selling them separately.

I've owned LG TV products for awhile now and typically love them but this product..... im skeptical about. My 55" LG UHD TV has a better "interface" and smoother app change. I'm not tech savvy but this TV runs slow!! The apps don't open right away and takes time. Too much time for the price.

  Style/Design

I love LG products, so I really thought I would love this tv. I don't. Other LG TVs are able to take advantage of the magic remote. This tv came with the standard clunky overcrowded remote. I called LG to see which magic remote I needed, only to be told my model could not use the magic remote.

I was having problems streaming on another brand of TV. I already had an older model of an LG smart TV that worked great and after reading some reviews I purchased a 70 inch LG.model. I have been extremely happy with the results and my streaming issues are gone! I’m addition the price was excellent!

CAN'T STAND that you can't set a default channel for the TV to turn on on. Even the last watched channel would be good! It's 2024 and they still can't make a software update to support this. I'm a cord cutter and it's so annoying to see "No Signal" when I turn the TV on!

Bought the TV 06/2022. Just a few days ago 01/04/2024 a green line appeared right down the middle of the screen.I know these were manufactured back in 2021, but this should not have happened. I only had this TV just over 1.5 yrs now.Would anyone know how to fix this? I know the warranty is out.

I loved the tv until pixels started showing on the screen. Fortunately it was still under warranty so after numerous attempts to get LG to acknowledge my repair request it is finally fixed

Piece of crap it went right after I hit it. Then less than 2 years old it completely died. Never buy another one
