Now that a big issue has been resolved, I love this washer. The first few times I washed, my clothes came out steaming even when I used cold wash. After 10 days and many trials, we figured out the washer hoses had been installed wrong (switched hot and cold lines).

I bought this washer in November 2021 in anticipation of our building being finished in December. Its now June 2022 and I have been enjoying my washer for about 3 weeks construction was way longer than estimate. The piles of blankets used as padding during the move are now all fresh and fluffed.

We purchased a new LG Graphite Steel 4.5 cu. ft. Front Load Washer and enjoy that it is quiet, large open capacity cleans well and easy to use.Only one con is that when opening the washer door to move clothes to the dryer, a little water drips on the floor.

Previously owned Maytag and Samsung but this is the best wash ever with 5 kids I love the sanitary steam function and the ability to wash bedding and comforters easily with the large capacity. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Love the color, the size, and it’s quiet. I purchased the washer and dryer set. They’re beautiful. Very happy with my purchase.

LARGE capacity. Holds almost twice as much as my old Kenmore front loader. Easy to use, I like that I can save my favorite settings to the Custom Program button. Even my kids can use it to wash their clothes because they don't need to worry about all the different options. 1 button and Start!

I use this washer every weekend! It's quite, cleans very well and has alot of space.

Overall this is a pretty high quality product. There are some parts that design that I would like to change if possible. For example the default water temperature for cotton clothing setting is set to warm. I would prefer the setting be cold to save energy usage and be more gentle on clothing.

I purchased both dryer and 5.2 washer thinking I would be able to wash large comforters. But it may too large for every day use. I have only had it for one month and I am happy with the function of the washer and dryer. Still have to read the manuals a lot of option on both machines to operate.
