If you’re looking to spend $1,000 or more on a monitor, reaching for an ultrawide shouldn’t be a tough decision, but which one you choose might be. Samsung, LG, and Dell all have solid offerings, and the only factors that set them apart are price and included features.

Great color accuracy, Immersive curved screen, Wide, sturdy stand, Extensive menu options

Priced higher than competitors, Mediocre contrast ratio, Some models may be affected by backlight bleed, Some perplexing menus
Even though the prices of curved monitors are still $1000 and up, we like the category enough to keep covering it. And obviously people are buying them or we wouldn't see new models continue to appear.

Of all the fun technology that passes across our test bench, nothing brings coworkers to a screeching halt more effectively than an ultrawide monitor. Even among hulking 4K panels and sleek 2-in-1s, the 21:9 LG 34UC98 draws the eyes of all who walk by, and it isn’t hard to see why.
Curved TVs may be a fad you’d forget soon enough, but a curved screen on your desk, connected to your PC, is something that makes more sense.
I have had this monitor for about a week now and just amazed at how beautiful it is. I am a programer so its like having 3 monitors in one and much better then my previous two monitor setup. Amazing color rendition and video editing is so much easier.
I bought this about 3 months ago and I LOVE it! Its perfect for productivity and looks super nice. Really good quality product, and would recommend this monitor if you can afford it.
