LG 29UM68-P 29" 21:9 UltraWide FreeSync IPS Monitor

This monitor is great for the price. If you're a pixel peeper then you'll want to get a 4k Monitor... however, still a great upgrade if you're originally only using a laptop for your work!One huge note.

I was stuck working off of a small laptop for over a year so anything would have been an improvement. That said, this is an beautiful screen at a fantastic price. Colors look great, blacks are deep, and the widescreen ratio handles the work of two screens without the extra cords and headache.

I was looking for a good monitor for a backup computer that could handle photo editing. When I saw this on sale at a significant savings, I decided to give it a try. Now that I have calibrated it with a colormunki, I think it has a better image than my older and more expensive Dell Ultrasharp.

Great monitors for the price. I bought two of these for work and they do an amazing job at improving efficiency. Probably the best benefit was when I was looking at a wide spreadsheet, these easily get into the double digit columns while at 100%. The "OnScreen Control" is also nice.

Pretty cheap ultrawide, and works well. Only real issue I have is that when the monitor enters sleep mode (when you shut your PC off and not the monitor), a bright white light on the bottom of the monitor flashes constantly.

This monitor is great for gaming especially RPG FPS and MOBA. It provides more content of game. It also great for office work. I can open two or three pages at the same time, listing them vertically to fill the screen. Super convenient. Color of the screen is sharp and accurate.

It has a boot-up/wake-up bell sound as default, annoying. I'll dig into the menu to find out how to silence it. Also the default reminder to use the enclosed cords is annoying because my computer (old Macbook pro) can't get the cursor to go onto the notice and cancel it, so I have to see this sign...

I purchased this monitor in 2016 and it performed as expected. It lasted 4 years and stopped working a few months ago. The Good: Super wide display area. Integrated speakers are fine and I used them a lot out of convenience.

I use this at work to view electronic medical record and X-ray / imaging. Plenty of desktop space on the monitor and small footprint on my desk. Setup was easy and resolution is nice, great color.

works great speakers are a bit weak but that's the case with all built in speakers. its ok for most tv/netflix but if any action sequence / loud sounds occur you will have problems discerning speech or quieter sounds probably want to use/get a decent headset or speakers for most things
