lg ips panels are by far the preferred panel technology of the two industry leaders, lg and samsung. nec, asus, iiyama, and eizo use lg panels.
Great product and as described
I'm happy with the monitor but disappointed no mount option, imo should be standard these days, surely the cost to manufacturing is pennies.
DO NOT BUY THIS MONITOR. It says it has IPS panel, but in reality it is just as crappy as TN panel in terms of viewing angle. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS and go get other IPS or VA monitor
Really decent image for regular office use, although I can't speak for it's suitability for gaming. This monitor does have a few gripes though: 1) It has no VESA mount points. To be fair the blurb doesn't say that it does and manufacturers all seem to be trying to save a few quid these days my...
Great monitor for the price!
Too many screen resolution options - none of which were ideal. My old Acer monitor was better but unfortunately was accidentally damaged so I replaced it with this LG one. I have only had it for a few days but my eyes were really feeling the strain trying to read the text at times so I have now...
It's a very good budget IPS monitor. I bought this as a gift for my brother to upgrade his TN panel monitor and he loves it. It has better colour accuracy than a TN panel as well as wider viewing angles. He does photography so IPS panel really helps when photo editing.
Fantastic resolution, good outputs on the back (I've had it running from VGA and HDMI, both are fantastic). Only slight drawback is that it is not height adjustable - though this doesn't detract from the 5* rating
Pros: + Thinner bezels than expected (I picked this over the frameless version because it was about £30 cheaper at the time). + Easy to set up. + Clear picture quality although I personally don't have any other IPS or a TN panel to compare it to.
