I purchased these earbuds July 2021. This was my first pair of earbuds (I was formerly an adamant headphone user). I am with mixed emotions regarding the quality of this product. In the beginning i was pleased with everything about these ear buds. The only issues I had was getting use to the fit in my ear. That eventually got better as I used the ear buds more. I was mainly wearing them at work. After a few weeks I started using them to workout in and that was a big mistake.

Plus: Sounds great, fits great love the functions. Cons: they have a rubber ring with an ear insert that holds it in your ear. The ring in time ( 4 months ) will become weak. There are 2 sets of replacement. They only fit certain sizes. So one doesn't fit at all and kinda hurts. The other is is ok.

Very disappointed in the sound of these being they are Klipsch. I do not use them for music at all as they have no bass and low volume. They are great for meetings and such for work though. I just keep them in backpack for work.

Everything about these ear buds is cool that’s why two stars, but they do me no good if only work works. Left them charge over night, but the left one does not even register with the charger when you put it in. I am going to send back and try one more time with a new set.
