In spite of the complaints of the leaking valve, I purchased this. Received, cleaned, and filled with water to test. The valve leaked. Took a flashlight and shined into spout to see construction. The easy fix - gently shut the valve off, the back the valve off about 1/8 of a turn towards opening.

I received this cold brew coffee/tea maker yesterday and used it for the first time to make a cold brew tea. The product itself is beautiful and compact and fits great in the fridge. I made tea according to the instructions specific to tea and am very pleased with the result.

I've owned this cold brew coffee maker for almost 2 years now. I make coffee every morning and it is super easy and convenient. I make coffee once a week at night and I have coffee all week long that will make 20oz mugs no problem. It's super sleek and sturdy. It's easy to clean and rebrew.

I love the cold brew maker itself but ever since I've had it the spout doesn't work that great. Sometimes nothing will come out and other times it drips. No stream! :(

Bought about 3 yrs ago and works as good as new. Saved me tons of money. The cold brew is as good as the coffee you buy so recommend getting the best you can afford. Easy to use and clean. Took me awhile to get the right size grind but now I have it down pat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this a few weeks ago and I am in love. I have the kitchenmaid burr grinder and grind my own beans and they are perfect for this. The strainer is so fine that nothing gets through when I use a coarse grind.
